1. The Qaria service
Qaria offers a quiz about your learning preferences and a personalized Quran study plan. When payment processing is configured, the secure Stripe checkout collects the displayed introductory charge and creates the disclosed recurring subscription. Payment confirmation is shown only after the server verifies a completed, paid checkout with Stripe. Automated plan delivery is not currently connected; contact support for access assistance.
The purchase provisions below explain the plan and offer terms displayed on the website. Selecting a quiz answer or opening checkout does not authorize a charge. An actual purchase requires completing the secure payment form and authorizing the displayed payment and renewal terms. A Stripe test-mode payment does not transfer real money.
2. Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Use your own information or information you have permission to provide. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and browser secure.
The current quiz does not create a password-protected account. Saved progress belongs to the browser in which you completed it and may be lost if site data is cleared. Do not rely on browser storage as a permanent record of study progress.
3. Educational purpose and results
Qaria is intended to support learning and reflection. Religious texts and practices can be interpreted differently across traditions. Seek guidance from a trusted teacher or qualified scholar for questions requiring an authoritative religious interpretation.
Recommendations are informed by the choices you make and are not a guarantee of learning, spiritual, emotional, or other personal results. Testimonials, illustrations, and examples do not establish what any individual will achieve. Qaria does not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice.
4. Plans, pricing, and renewal
For any real purchase, review the initial price, introductory period, renewal amount, currency, and billing interval before authorizing payment. A per-day price is a comparison, not a daily billing schedule. The total and billing interval presented at checkout govern the purchase.
Where a plan is sold as an automatically renewing subscription, it renews at the disclosed full price after the introductory period and at each subsequent billing interval until cancelled. Unless the offer says otherwise, an introductory discount applies only to the first period. A trial is not free unless expressly described as free.
Qaria’s displayed plans require cancellation at least 24 hours before the introductory or current period ends to avoid the next renewal, subject to any stronger cancellation right provided by law. We will give any price-change or renewal notice required by law. Selecting “Get My Plan” alone does not authorize a charge.
Optional guides or bundles described as a one-time purchase are separate from a subscription. They must be selected and authorized separately and do not create an additional recurring subscription.
5. Cancellation and billing questions
For a website subscription, send a cancellation request to Qaria’s support email using the email address associated with your purchase. Include enough information to identify the subscription, such as an order reference; do not send your full card number or security code. Keep a copy of your request and contact us if you have not received confirmation.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for unless you request immediate termination or applicable law provides otherwise. Clearing browser data, closing the website, or requesting deletion of personal information does not itself send a cancellation request.
If an App Store or Google Play purchase is offered separately, manage that purchase through the store where you subscribed. Its billing and refund process applies alongside your statutory rights. The current website does not make purchases through either store.
6. Refunds and the money-back offer
Any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or digital-content rights you have under applicable consumer law remain available. These Terms do not impose additional conditions on exercising those statutory rights or treat browsing the website as a waiver of them.
Where a purchased plan includes the money-back guarantee displayed by Qaria, you may request a refund if you followed the plan for four weeks, did not see the expected results, and can demonstrate that you followed it. Contact support with your purchase email, order reference, a description of your experience, and available progress records. We will review the request against the offer that was presented when you purchased.
Any additional guarantee conditions must be clearly presented before a real purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and within any legally required timeframe. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are distinct actions; tell us if you want both.
Stripe test-mode transactions do not represent refundable real charges. For an actual payment, contact support with the transaction date and payment reference so your request can be investigated.
7. Acceptable use
Use Qaria for lawful personal learning. You must not interfere with the website or other people’s access to it.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, introduce malicious software, or overload the service.
- Do not impersonate someone, submit information without permission, or use the service to harass or harm others.
- Do not resell protected Qaria materials, remove ownership notices, or reproduce protected content without permission, except where permitted by law or an applicable licence.
8. Content and intellectual property
Qaria’s original software, branding, design, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Access gives you permission to use the features made available for personal learning; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party materials and open-source components remain subject to their own rights and licences.
We do not claim ownership of the Quran, your personal beliefs, or information you provide. Sending a support request does not grant permission to publish your name, private correspondence, or quiz answers as a testimonial. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact us with a description and its location on the website.
9. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes how quiz answers, email submissions, and technical records are handled. Our Cookie Policy explains the browser storage used by the website. These notices do not give us permission to process information for unrelated purposes.
When you choose an external link, the destination is operated under its own terms and privacy practices. Available payment methods are the methods displayed by the secure Stripe payment form.
10. Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, correct, change, or discontinue features. The website is provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every recommendation will fit your needs.
Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and liability for fraud or other conduct for which the law does not permit exclusion. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
11. Ending use and resolving concerns
You can stop using Qaria at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or a legal requirement. Ending access does not remove accrued rights or any refund or cancellation rights that apply.
Contact support first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. You retain access to the courts, regulators, and other remedies available under applicable law. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of these Terms continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Updates and contact
The date at the top identifies the latest revision. We will give notice of material changes where required and obtain any new agreement required before applying them. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
For questions about these Terms, billing, or the service, contact Qaria at the address below.
